This is where you'll find all the upcoming dates for training sessions, including Freshers, Health & Safety and any external training we organise.
For Freshers: you're free to attend as many or as few sessions as you'd like. There are no minimum commitments or qualifications needed to get involved in shows other than taking part in a health and safety session. Most of the skills we develop as stage technicians come from hands-on experience, so don't worry if it's your first time behind the scenes, most of our current members had never done this before. If you're interested in stepping up as a Head of Department (HOD) on a show for the first time, you'll be paired with experienced members to guide you through the process.
Our training sessions are designed to give you the chance to try out any backstage tech skills you're curious about, with access to all of our equipment. Whether you want to experiment at your own pace or get expert guidance from our Training Mentors, there's something for everyone:
